1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using OngkiksPOS you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the application.

2. Use of Service

OngkiksPOS is a point-of-sale software application licensed for use in legitimate business operations. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

3. Subscription and Billing

Free tier features are available at no cost. Paid subscriptions (Basic and Professional) are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to the applicable App Store or Google Play refund policies.

4. Your Data

You own all data you enter into OngkiksPOS. Data is stored locally on your device. CFedTech LLC is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, theft, or damage. We strongly recommend enabling automatic Google Drive backup in Settings.

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing for the Professional tier is provided by Stripe Inc. You are responsible for complying with Stripe's terms of service and all applicable payment card industry (PCI) regulations. CFedTech LLC is not responsible for payment disputes or chargebacks.

6. Intellectual Property

OngkiksPOS, the Ongkiks name, and all related intellectual property are owned by CFedTech LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OngkiksPOS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CFedTech LLC does not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

CFedTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of OngkiksPOS, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of OngkiksPOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
